Project Renew: First Choice's Suboxone expansion project is a collaborative effort among First Choice physicians behaviorists community health workers and other clinic staff. Coordinated services including group and individual counseling services in the context of physicians treating the patient's other health needs. Behavioral Health: Each behaviorist provides individual and group counseling at mulitple sites. Behaviorists lead a variety of groups including early recovery skills and relapse prevention. Community Health Workers (CHWs) help patients access support services such as housing transportation legal and employment assistance. CHWs are available to meet with patients in the clinic at home or over the phone. CHWs offer informal recovery coaching as well.

Comprehensive Recovery Treatment (CRT) Current wait time is 2-3 months. Comprehensive Recovery Team is a program which focuses on helping people with severe mental illness. Each participant is assigned a community support worker who will work closely in helping them achieve their life goals. This program is of varying length (up to 2 yrs) depending on complexity of needs and will give the client a Community Support Worker as well as access to PSR group therapy and psychiatric intervention.
