Redlands Apartments Current wait list is closed and about 4 yrs long. 18 Units. 1 bdrm units. Rent rate is 30 % of income for individuals families seniors and disabled applicants that qualify. Contact for application. Redlands Apartments is a HUD 811 Property, which is permanent housing for low-income persons who have a verifiable disability and desire to live an independent setting. Property includes 17 one-bedroom units, a manager’s office, laundry facility, community room, and landscaped common areas. Rents are based on 30% of the tenant’s annual adjusted income (residents must re-certify income annually) and all utilities are paid.
