Palomas has 7 units Reina has 10 American Heritage Home 10. Some shared and some private rooms. Not medicaid certified. Takes PACE (medicaid income based program) subsidized residents (some can pay very little); Long Term Care insurance accepted; rates based on private or shared rooms and care level ranging from $3300-$3900/mo. No application fee. Returning Citizen - Felonies and evictions are considered on case by case basis.
