Homeless or precariously housed. •Mental illness and co-occuring substance use problems. •Involvement in the criminal justice system - Client must have a minimum of 3 bookings at MDC in last 5 yrs and must have utilized the PAC unit while at MDC AND must have utilized an Albuquerque E.R. in the last year (or emergency Psychiatric unit) OR utilized services at MATS detox center Turquoise Lodge or SAC in the last 2 years. For individuals who can live independently. People with a sex offense may be considered on a case by case basis."
